What to Expect:
Welcome to Corona American Little League! We are happy you are here and look forward to welcoming you to our field. Whether you are new and joining our Baseball Family or a veteran of our league, we understand that being prepared for the season is an important matter. Here are a few tips to help ensure you and your player have a successful season:
Field Location:
Where registration numbers provide, all home games will be held at Mountain Gate Park. Depending on the scheduling of interleague games, home games can be held at the home field of any of our District 72 leagues (Norco LL, Temescal Valley LL, Corona National LL, Eastvale LL and Jurupa Valley LL). It is not guaranteed that we will interleague will all leagues in our District.

Equipment Needed:
All Players from our Teeball to Senior Divisions will need:
- Baseball Glove - appropriately sized (see suggestions below)
- Baseball Bat - Little League Approved (USA stamped. Please review thoroughly for upper Divisions 5070/Junior/Senior)
- Helmet
- Baseball Bag
- Cleats
- Baseball attire
- Baseball pants (Gray is perfect to start) *Game day uniform colors will be selected by your team Manager
- Baseball Socks (any color to start the season)
Sizing Glove Recommendations
There are many amazing websites with helpful information. Do not be overwhelmed by the options. For youth little league, simple is best especially since players are rotating to various positions)

What does a typical season look like?
Spring Season runs from January - May
- Registration typically opens in October or November closes when all teams are full. Announcements are made on our website and social media pages
- All players little league age 7 to 12 are evaluated during Player Evaluation Week (mid January). Little League age 6 year olds are encouraged to evaluate if they are interested in playing up in the AA Division.
- Teeball and Single A Division teams are formed by Executive Board Members and Player Agents. AA - Senior Division teams are formed through the Draft process by league appointment Managers
- Practices are often held 1 to 3 times a week, depending on field availability, game schedules and Manager discretion
- Games are held during the week and on Saturdays
- All CALL Home games are played at Mountain Gate Park (3100 S. Main Street, Corona)
- Interleague opportunities with District 72 teams are evaluated each season (Norco LL, Temescal Valley LL, Corona National LL, Eastvale LL and Jurupa Valley LL)
- Tourament of Champions (T.O.C) occurs mid to late May for division winners in AAA divisions and above - Learn More
- All Star Season (Post-Season) runs May - August* (depending on advancement of teams) - Learn More
Fall Season runs from September - November
- Registration typically opens in May or June and closes when all teams are full. Announcements are made on our website and social media pages
- Player Evaluations are currently NOT held for Fall. Teams are formed by Executive Board Members and Player Agents
- Practices are often held 2 to 3 times a week, depending on field availability, game schedules and Manager discretion
- Games are held on Saturdays ONLY
- All CALL Home games are played at Mountain Gate Park (3100 S. Main Street, Corona, 92882)
- Interleague opportunities with District 72 teams are evaluated each season (Norco LL, Temescal Valley LL, Corona National LL, Eastvale LL and Jurupa Valley LL)
Communication
Our league communication team will work closely with league officials to disseminate information as soon as possible via emai and social media posts. Once a Team Manager has been selected, they will be provided a full team roster and will be responsible for initiating communication and relaying important league updates, schedules and events throughout their respective season to families by text, email or other group chat apps (i.e. GroupMe or BandApp).
Additionally, league updates will be emailed through SportsConnect or posted on our Website. When a player is registered, you will be automatically added to our email groups for all league email communication.
Volunteer Opportunties
Our league is run by an all volunteer staff. Parents are expected to volunteer in some capacity either as a scorekeeper, snack bar duty, team parent, coach or manager if necessary. When you register and let us know which capacity you are willing to support, you will be contacted as needed. It is at the Team Manager's discretion and responsibility to assign specific parent volunteers to fit the needs of their team. Get connected and learn how to BECOME A VOLUNTEER
