Spring '24 Registration

PLAYER REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

Welcome to the Corona American Little League Registration page. 
 

Do you have a registration question? Please contact registrar@coronaamerican.org directly.

Spring ONLY: Register online or in person (Check Calendar for dates)...both not required. Please upload ALL documents when registering online. Specific dates such as evaluations, training, clinics may be found in the Calendar section.

To register a Player(s), Read the following and then complete the (4) steps below.  At this point you will have all the documents you need to complete your registration.

KNOW YOUR PLAYER'S LEAGUE AGE

  • Use either of the two links below to find your player's League Age.
  • Clicking either link below will open an new window or tab which will allow you to determine your player's League Age.  All age related determinations such as Fees, Division Level, etc are all based on League Age.

For this registration, C.A.L.L. will be paying for the registration surcharges imposed by the processors.

Registrants will be liable for:

  • All fees incurred for non-payment and/or failed payments
  • A flat fee $25 per player for processing a refund.  The processing fee will be applied to ALL REFUNDS
  • Once teams have been formed NO-REFUNDS will be provided (Covid-19 Restrictions would be exception).

Please NOTE: You must complete the registration process all the way through including payment in order to complete the registration.  Failure to complete the payment option will NOT complete the registration.

PAYMENT PLANS

C.A.L.L. has implemented (2) payment plans to assist the impact of registration over a period of months.

  • PAY ONLINE IN FULL:  Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.
  • PAYMENT PLAN 1 (PP1):  Fees are divided into 2 installments with the first installment to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on February 16, 2024 (This payment plan will not be available after 1/31/2024). 
    • If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your Sport Ngin account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information.
  • PAYMENT PLAN 2 (PP2):  Fees are divided into 3 installments with the first installment to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be divided into two (2) automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on January 19, 2024 and the balance on February 16, 2024 (This payment plan will not be available after 12/31/2023).
    • If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your Sport Ngin account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information.

FINANCIAL HELP

When applying for Finacial Help, please apply to both the T-Mobile grant and the Corona American Scholarship.  If approved for the T-Mobile Grant, we will apply that towards your registration first, then evaluate for scholarship.

Registering A Player For Corona American Little League

Each family is required to prove Residency OR School Attendance.  Prior season(s) of playing at Corona American Little League is NOT a qualifier.  (Those players who have previously qualified for a Waiver IId or ivH, please contact the Player Agent for further requirements after completing your registration)

Complete the following steps below.

STEP 1: Qualifying in our boundaries!

You must Either:

  • Live with C.A.L.L.'s Boundaries OR
  • Attend a School within C.A.L.L.'s Boundaries


See link below for the "Little League Finder" program. Put in your address or your school's address, and the program will tell you what league you can join.

If you register with Corona American Little League and do not qualify, you will be assessed a refund fee.

STEP 2: Prove the address you used above

The attachments below show you HOW to either prove your residence address OR  that  your player's school is within our boundaries.

If proving Residency Address:

Here are some document suggestions:

  • Group 1 - Drivers License / Vehicle Registration / Auto Insurance
  • Group 2 - Mortgage / Rent (statement/receipt)
  • Group 3 - Utility/Internet/Cable/Satellite Bill

Remember: only 1-document from each Group and each document must be valid (not expired e.g. driver's license), clearly showing a date after Feb 1, 2023 and before Feb 1, 2024, and clearly showing the SAME address as listed for the player in the name of either parent/guardian.  Please do NOT send in a copy of envelopes.

If using the School Enrollment Form:

You will need to take the Little League "School Enrollment Form" (located above) and have it signed by the school.  You will also need to get an Official Attendance Record from the school showing that your player was registered and attended the school prior to Oct 1, of the current school year.

STEP 3: Complete the requirements and send them in!

C.A.L.L. requires an updated Medical Release Form for each player.  You can complete the Medical Release form one of two ways:

  • Online during the registration process, you will be given the opportunity to fill in all the medical information OR
  • Download a PDF version of the medical release form (below).  You will need to fill it out on a computer or by hand.  Once completed you can attach it to your registration or drop it off at one of the upcoming "Paperwork Drop-off Nights".  Dates to will be announced in the upcoming months

Document Collection

The preferred method of delivery of any documentation is to attach a .pdf file(s) to your online registration.  This can be done by scanning in any non-digital documents and using the supplied attachment points in your registration.

Throughout the off-season, C.A.L.L. will be holding a couple of in-person dates (Calendar) where we will also be collecting documentation.  Please watch your email, our website, or Social Media as we will be sending out and posting the dates.

Your player will NOT be eligible for placement until a completed registration has been recorded AND ALL documentation has been received and verified by the league.

If not uploaded in the registration, you can scan your documents into a .pdf file and email to president@coronaamerican.org

STEP 4: Complete the Online Registration
