Save the Date: 5/20 CALL Annual Meeting of the Members

 Corona American Little League will be holding our Annual Meeting of the members at 5PM on May 20, 2017 during closing ceremonies. At this short meeting, the league will be electing new members and the board of directors, reviewing our constitution, presenting the state of the league, etc.
 
Where is the meeting? The Annual Meeting of the Members will be held at Mountain Gate Park near the fields
 
Who should attend? Any adult person with an interest in Corona American Little League
 
Who is eligible to vote? Any regular member (regular members are automatically current managers, coaches, team parents, etc and any adult who previously applied and was approved for regular membership)
 
We need a minimum of 20% of our regular members to be present to conduct business
 
Corona American Little League is seeking board of director applications

There are a number of board members completing their board of director terms this fiscal year. We need a few adults from the league to step up and apply for our board. Board of Directors are elected during the Annual Meeting of the Members by the regular members. The board of director responsibilities includes meeting once a month, occasional committee meetings, participating in season planning activities, and signing up for board member on duty during seasonal play. If you are interested, please send an email with the following information to president@coronaamericanlittleleague.org no later than May 7th:

4-6 sentence bio with your experience, background (this information will be shared with the regular membership)
 
Corona American Little League is seeking regular members applications

Are you unable to volunteer, but still want to have a voting membership on league affairs? Corona American Little League is accepting regular member applications. Regular members responsibilities including attending/participating in the Annual Meeting of the Members and any other special General meeting called throughout the year (not typical). Regular membership applications are approved by the existing regular members. If you are interested, please send an email with the following information to president@coronaamericanlittleleague.org no later than May 7th and pay your $5 membership fee no later than May 18th:
